joyzanite.ch is operated for the future company Joyzanite SARL, currently in formation in Switzerland. The Joyzanite trade name presents natural polished tanzanites, sold as loose stones and not as finished jewelry at launch.

Sales terms

Order, availability and contract formation

Each tanzanite is a unique piece. The client selects the stone, reviews the cart, chooses delivery and certification options, then validates secure payment. The contract is formed after payment confirmation, availability control and electronic confirmation.

• The cart lets the client review stones, options, fees and contact details before payment.
• Order confirmation is sent by e-mail after payment or manual validation.
• If a stone became unavailable because of an exceptional stock error, Joyzanite would offer a refund or an equivalent solution with the client's agreement.
• Joyzanite may refuse or suspend an order in case of suspected fraud, obvious pricing error or incomplete request.

Prices and payment

CHF, conversions and visible fees

The reference currency is Swiss franc CHF. Other currencies displayed on the site are comfort estimates and may vary with exchange rates, bank fees or card fees. Final payment is processed in CHF by Stripe.

• Available stone prices must be displayed in CHF before payment.
• Delivery, certification and selected options are shown separately in the cart.
• Public taxes and mandatory supplements applicable in Switzerland must be included in the sale price when the company is subject to them.
• Possible customs duties, import taxes or local charges outside Switzerland remain the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing.

Delivery and certification

Insured transport and realistic timelines

Delivery is adapted to the stone value. Secure delivery with insurance, tracking and signature is recommended for high-value stones. Independent certification may extend timelines.

• Standard delivery: indicative estimate of 4 to 7 business days after preparation.
• Secure delivery: indicative estimate of 3 to 6 business days after preparation, with insurance and signature when available.
• GIA or recognized laboratory certification: allow several additional weeks depending on laboratory, availability and country.
• Timelines may be affected by customs checks, transport insurance, certification or events outside Joyzanite's control.

Returns and conformity

Unique stones and inspection on receipt

Swiss law does not provide an automatic general right of withdrawal for online sales. Joyzanite may review a voluntary return request only if the stone is intact, unworn, unset, unmodified, not certified after purchase and returned under insured conditions accepted in writing.

• Any parcel or stone anomaly must be reported promptly with photos of the parcel, packaging and stone.
• Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable in the client's country, remain reserved.
• A stone sent to a laboratory, set in jewelry, modified or handled outside normal conditions can no longer be treated as intact.
• In case of confirmed defect or substantial description error, Joyzanite will propose a solution under applicable law.

Data protection

Privacy, security and providers

Joyzanite collects only the data necessary for requests, orders, deliveries, certifications, payments, fraud prevention, client service and accounting obligations. Data is not resold.

• Possible data: name, e-mail, phone, address, country, order history, delivery choice, certification and client message.
• Possible providers: Infomaniak hosting, Stripe payments, carriers, certification laboratories, transactional e-mails and limited internal Telegram notification.
• Clients may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of their data according to applicable law.
• Order data may be retained as long as necessary for accounting, tax, anti-fraud and client follow-up obligations.

Newsletter and cookies

Chosen communications and unsubscribe

The Joyzanite newsletter should only be sent to people who have consented or have a relevant client relationship under applicable law. Every marketing message must offer an easy unsubscribe link.

• Transactional e-mails linked to an order, delivery or certification are necessary for the service.
• Marketing e-mails remain separate from transactional messages.
• Strictly necessary cookies support the cart, language/currency preferences and security.
• Any future analytics or advertising tool must be presented clearly and configured with a privacy-minded approach.

Natural stones

Authenticity, color and treatment

Tanzanite is a natural stone. Its color varies with light, screen display, orientation, cut and heat treatment. An unheated tanzanite may show yellow, green, brown, grey, violet, blue-violet, very dark or almost black tones.

• Every stone offered for sale must be checked as natural tanzanite by gemological observation.
• Heat treatment, when known or presumed from the dossier, must be clearly stated.
• Photos, videos, dimensions, weight and descriptions guide the choice but do not replace physical inspection or independent certification.
• Statements about rarity or global availability are not promises of financial return.

Applicable law

Swiss framework and jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, relationships with Joyzanite are governed by Swiss law. Competent courts will be specified definitively with Joyzanite SARL's registered office after incorporation.
